On December 22, 2024, President Joseph Biden issued a clemency warrant to Gregory Joseph Podlucky wiping out his sentence.
Such clemency warrant was based on confidential documents provided to the President's Administration that was indisputable evidence of Gregory Joseph Podlucky's and family's innocence and wrongful prosecution and imprisonment. It should be noted pursuant to federal national security statutes Gregory Joseph Podlucky could not disclose his and Le-Nature’s, Inc.’s involvement in certain top-secret projects such as the Beta Testing for the Super Soldier Project.
In addition to the issuance of the clemency warrant, President Biden has instructed his private foundation to determine a vehicle for having Gregory Joseph Podlucky and family completely exonerated.
In other related developments, the Commissioner Of Internal Revenue stated on the United States Tax Court record at Case No. 453-17 that it stipulated to the ultimate fact that Gregory Joseph Podlucky's solely owned company, Le-Nature's, Inc. "had sufficient earnings and profits for [the years] 2003 through 2006" and "Respondent [the Commissioner Of Internal Revenue] is willing to stipulate to pages 5 through 14 of the [Gregory Joseph Podlucky's] PowerPoint presentation" whereby the Commissioner Of Internal Revenue conclusively admits as follows:
That his own Prosecution Report was flawed as it excluded over $290,000,000 of sales by Le-Nature’s, Inc. and subsidiaries (1) to Affiliated Distributors including USA Distribution Services, Inc. , JBC Beverage Group, Inc. and American Brewing Company, Inc. , collectively owned by Le-Nature’s, Inc. and subsidiaries and/or Gregory Joseph Podlucky; (2) to Unrecorded Accounts ; and (3) Bartering Accounts. And was not prepared applying generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS).
That the financial analyses by Price Waterhouse Coopers and K&L Gates were accurate, thereby quashing any allegation of fraud by Gregory Joseph Podlucky which was the predicate through the Prosecution Report for prosecuting him and his family, and thus dispelling any allegation that Le-Nature’s, Inc. and subsidiaries audited financial statements were fraudulent.
That the Ligonier Training Center was an asset of Le-Nature’s, Inc. and subsidiaries as documented on the AIA Document No. B141-1997 by the Architects, Davis, Gardner, Gannon and Pope Architecture, LLC.
Gregory Joseph Podlucky and family were subjected to unlawful prosecution and are seeking substantial damages.
All the judges on this case are dead.
